This pizza is designed to be rustic in look and have a mix of sweetness and heat. You can use a prepared pizza dough and even without meat for a vegetarian version. The real crucial components are the honey mustard and onions/red pepper to get that sweet and spicy balance.

I had some shiso and sweet onion left over in my refrigerator, so I decided to use them in a seasonal pizza.If you like, use baking powder instead of yeast in the pizza dough to reduce the baking time.
