Just 10 Minutes! Easy, Authentic, Chewy and Fluffy Pizza Just 10 Minutes! Easy, Authentic, Chewy and Fluffy Pizza
I wanted to eat a chewy pizza, but there's no local restaurant. So, I decided to give it a try! My Italian friend taught me a recipe, so this is the easy version.Let it rise at a low temperature, press it out thinly, and bake it on a preheated baking pan!Various books recommend letting it chill for 8 hours, but it should rise after chilling for 5 hours as well.Fresh yeast and dried yeast requires different ways to prepare, so I changed the recipe to accommodate what I had available (fresh yeast is popular in Germany). Prove-less Pizza in 10 Minutes Prove-less Pizza in 10 Minutes
I love pizza, and this is the result of me wishing I could make it quickly when I have a craving for it.You can make it with either cake flour or bread flour, but when I used bread flour the dough was difficult to handle. I think you should make it with cake flour at first, and then when you get good at it you can switch to a combination of flours. If you use baking powder, you can make it easily without proving. It tastes so good made fresh. Of course since you're not using yeast, if you don't eat it quickly it will begin to harden. If you're not going to eat it right away, after Step 2 or Step 3, wrap it up and store it in the freezer. You can use it without thawing. Recipe by cheese cheese cookpad.japan -

Simple, Crisp & Soft No-Rise 20-Minute Pizza Simple, Crisp & Soft No-Rise 20-Minute Pizza
I modifiedto make a larger amount of dough. The texture is a little different too. I often cut this pizza up and give it to my 3-year-old as a snack. We like a chewy texture so I often heat it in the microwave after cooking. Please bake the pizza until the surface firms up. It should come out of the oven crisp with a soft centre If you heat the pizza in a microwave afterwards, it'll become chewy when it cools This pizza is freezable.
