  2. Scotch bunnet [attaruhu]
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Onion
  5. Seasons and spices

Cooking Instructions

    Fill up yam and and shredded it, sprinkle salt,in a frying pan heat up the oil add the shredded yam and fry till Golden brown

  2. 2

    For the source dice onion and crush attaruhu in a pan add little oil, onion and attaruhu and stir fry add seasons and spices
