  1. 1/2 kgChicken wings
  2. Marination :
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1/2 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  5. 2 Tbspmaida
  6. 2 Tbspcorn flour
  7. 1 tea spoonSalt
  8. 2 Tbspadrak lahsan paste
  9. Sauce :
  10. 1 cupsugar
  11. 1/4 tea spoonSalt
  12. 1 cupWater
  13. 2 TbspCorn flour
  14. 1 Tbspvinegar
  15. Oil for frying

    Put all ingredients of marination in wings and let them marinate for 30 minutes.

    After marination deep fry wings.

  3. 3

    In a pan add sugar and cook at low flame. Make caramel.

  4. 4

    After melting sugar add water and other ingredients of sauce in it and cook gently.

  5. 5

    Add Corn flour paste in it and make thick sauce.

    Dip your fried wings in sauce and serve.
