My grandparents loves this mukimo. Every time I visit them I have to cook them these.

This dish has remained a favourite in all our family occasions,

Smashed potatoes have been trending lately so I decided to give them a try

Last week I was not well and didn’t get a chance to cook everyday. Found that I gave a lot of potatoes. I boiled it to make some cutlets then my daughter was asking me something for snacks. Mama started to think and searching a recipe. And found out this creative, easy and quick recipe. Well, she likes it slot. Crispy from outside and soft from inside and taste was delicious too😋

Guests were here and they wanted to eat at home before flight. I searched few recipes of beef and found @Sajida_RiwayatFood recipe of Pasanday. But they do not want masala and desi touch. I turned her dish into western style and serve with garlic and spring onion rice with mango salad and raita. They all enjoyed and satisfied 😊

This trying little different I have left over pasta so made with this because in ramzan we have varities of food . Iftar time we have 6 item at a time so some dish always left. So don’t want to waste the food made this yummy pasta and potatoes doughnut shape kabab.I use beef minced, I have tried with chicken minced and shredded chicken.

I like to make different types of biryani because I love biryani.I have cooked it in a skillet because I did not have matka but I have served it in a matka.

Seafood challenge is over but still I am in a mood to have it😄 So today I made Creamy pasta with cream cheese and cream. Firstly, from a long time I have been in the hunt of fettuccine but I was unable to get it from any store. So I ordered online and now I have alot of recipes to make with fettuccine because I know the source now. Well I make delicious cheesy creamy prawns. I always make prawns when my husband is not at home for dinner, so luckily I got a chance to make it 😂

Aloo bhujya is simple and easy to make. With only 1 vegetable Aloo ( potatoes) you can make delicious meal. Its a favourite at my home , we don't eat red chillies so I use crushed green chillies, anyone want to try my recipe can add red chillies as per taste.Enjoy with naan or chaptati.
