  4. for meat marination
  5. 1/2 tbspSalt
  6. 1 tspMeat tenderizer
  7. 1Egg
  8. 15 gChicken powder
  9. 3 tspCorn flour
  10. 100 gFlour
  11. 1 tspGinger paste
  12. 1 tspGarlic
  13. for gravy
  14. 150 mlOil
  15. 3 tspChilli flakes
  16. 250 gKetchup
  17. 2 tspRed wine vinegar
  18. 1 tspDark soya sauce
  19. 100 mlOyster sauce
  20. 1 tspBlack pepper
  21. 15 gChicken powder
  22. 50 mlLemon juice
  23. White pepper Half tsp

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the marination ingredients..Don't use water in the marination until it's well mixed

    Keep in rest for 4-5 minutes

    Then fry for 6-8 minutes

    Take 1 liter water in karhai

  5. 5

    Add sugar ketchup,salt and all the spices also add corn flour liquid.

  6. 6

    Cook for a little while, then add vegetables and fry beef.

  7. 7

    After 2-3 mints, add dish and serve it with white rice.
