Ingredients

  1. 2gloves garlic minced
  2. 1 inchginger minced
  3. 2scallions sliced
  4. 14 ozsoft tofu cubed
  5. 1 tablespooncanola oil
  6. 1/2 poundground pork
  7. Ingredients for sauce
  8. 1 tablespoontobanjan
  9. 1.5 tablespoonsgochujang
  10. 2 tablespoonsmirin
  11. 1 tablespoonmiso
  12. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  13. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  14. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  15. 1 teaspooncorn starch
  16. 4 tablespoonswater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients for sauce

    Heat oil on medium high heat and add garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant

  3. 3

    Add ground pork and cook until no pink meat remains. Add sauce and stir thoroughly

  4. 4

    When sauce is boiling, add tofu and stir to coat. Add green onion and remove from pan

  5. 5

    Best served over short grain Japanese rice
