Rinse the rice cakes in clean water.

In a pot, add 800ml of water and a coin-shaped soup stock, then boil to make the broth.

Separate the egg whites and yolks, and cook them on low heat in a frying pan to make egg garnish (jidan).

When the water boils, add the rice cakes and dumplings, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and chopped green onions, and let it simmer for another minute.

Transfer to a bowl and finish by placing the egg garnish on top.

Tips.
If you don't have soup stock, use 1/2T of soy sauce and salt.
If you eat it with kimchi and seaweed, you can enjoy a richer taste.
