Bought a 1 euro 'no waste' bag. These veg where in it along with some fruit. Great value for money and good for the invironement.

Ingredients

1.5 l
  1. 1parsnip
  2. 1/2big onion
  3. 2large carrots
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 3veg bouillion cubes
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. 2 cmginger
  8. 1 tboil of choice
  9. 1500 mlwater
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

30 min
  1. 1

    Clean and cut the veg

  2. 2

    Fry the onion, garlic and ginger until tender

  3. 3

    Put in the veg the cubes and the water. Cook for about 30 min

  4. 4

    Mix, season and serve piping hot. If you like you can put in some cream.
