Ingredients

2 liter
  1. 3large white turnips (800 gr)
  2. 6 tb(green) lentils
  3. 1onion
  4. 2selery sticks
  5. 1.5 lchikenstock from cubes
  6. 100 mlcream
  7. Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and dice veg

  2. 2

    Sweat the onions and selery

  3. 3

    Add lentils. Sweat for another 5 min

  4. 4

    Add parsnips

  5. 5

    Add stock

  6. 6

    Cook for about 45 min

  7. 7

    Add the cream and mix
    Season with pepper

  8. 8

    Serve piping hot wth some croutons
