Need something healthy, filling, and delicious for a nice breakfast or brunch. Well here we have our omelet to do the trick. Quick and easy!

Ingredients

15 minutes
1 serving
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 tablespoonmilk (I use oatmilk)
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onions
  5. Green onions
  6. Mushrooms
  7. Ham
  8. Cheese (if you want)

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut your vegetables and ham, then add to a bowl

  2. 2

    Add your 2 eggs and milk to the bowl and mix well

  3. 3

    On a pan, heat up to medium (5 or 6) and pour your mix

    Wait until the top starts turning a white (so you know it's ready to flip)

    Once it's almost all white, flip

  4. 4

    Once the other side is flipped and ready, grab and plate and place your omelet on top and fold

    If you want, you may add cheese before you fold it
