Wash n cut up veggies

Sauté veggies in pan with little bit water until soft.
Sprinkle in few shakes Thyme and ground rosemary. I did add splash of Baton Rouge seasoning for some extra kick. - 4
Put eggs milk salt pepper in bowl mix until eggs broken

In a hot pain pour in eggs.

When eggs a little bit cooked add in cooked veggies.

Add cheese if desired. Cook until less runny

Fold omelet..Hopefully with out breaking....

Cover n let brown
