Ingredients

  1. Marrination
  2. 2baigans
  3. 2 tbsred chilli powder
  4. 2 tbstumeric
  5. 1 tbssalt
  6. 4 tbsoil
  7. Yogurt gravy
  8. 1.5 cupsyogurt
  9. 1-2 tspsalt
  10. 1small onion
  11. 1 tspzeera
  12. 2kashmiri Sabut mirch
  13. 1 tspkashmiri Lal mirch
  14. Kari patta

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take baigans and slice them. Put all the marination items and rub them evenly on each sides

  2. 2

    Shallow fry the baigans on fry pan until it's cooked and put them aside

  3. 3

    Take 1 and 1/2 cup yogurt and add salt in it. Beat the yogurt and put it over the cooked baigans

  4. 4

    Put the bhagara of chopped onion, zeera, Lal mirch and Kari patta
