TL's Broccoli Salad

I love salads with fresh broccoli and I wanted to try something new. This was easy and delicious. Family loved it, even my 4 year old! New favorite!

This recipe makes enough for two-three people.

This was a dish my grandmother made for every family gathering. That is until she gave me the recipe and now I bring it. This has turned into my go to side dish for any occasion.

A crunchy, filling, and very refreshing saladOptional: Blanche the broccoli for a few minutes to make that green a little brighter.

There are so many variations of this salad out there, and this is the one I've always used. Very easy to change to suit your own tastes.

This recipe came from a colleague of mine. It is great for potluck dinners and is always a crowd pleaser!

Broccoli is a good source of iron, and delicious 😋

I love apple cider vinegar and wanted to incorporate it into a healthy, flavorful salad. And I also had just bought a lot of broccoli and needed to use it.

This recipe is similar to that of the restaurant I work at, but I've tweaked it a bit to suit my taste.

Great side with grilled meat or fish. Good addition to any potluck too! 😊
