Sardine And Cucumber On Buttered Pita Bread

Ingredients

  1. I canned of sardine in tomato sauce
  2. 2 tbspperi peri Chili sauce (optional add on)
  3. 3pita bread
  4. 3 tbspsoft butter
  5. 1cucumber thinly slice
  6. 1 tbsplight soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Steam for about 10 minutes the sardine with its tomato sauce and add in the light soy sauce and peri peri Chili sauce for spicy lover (optional)

    Butter the pita bread and toast it

  3. 3

    Thinly slice cucumber with a slicer

  4. 4

    Once sardine is ready remove the sardine and mash it up with a fork

  5. 5

    To serve simply assemble the cucumber first then the mash up sardine then drizzle generously the sardine tomato Chili sauce and enjoy
