  1. 2 glassmilk
  2. 2 tbsmilk powder
  3. 1 tbsvanilla custard powder
  4. 4 tbssugar
  5. 6-7dates
  6. 15-20overnight soaked almonds
  7. 5-6sliced almonds for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the skin from almonds and seeds from dates and grind it well in the mixer after adding 2 tbs milk and custard powder.

    Boil the milk and add sugar. After 5 minutes add almonds paste and milk powder and cook it for next 5 minutes (give continue stir).

    Keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours than garnish with almonds and serve chill.
