Ingredients

  1. 3-4ripe mangoes
  2. 1 pack Marie biscuit
  3. 1 small condensedmilk
  4. half cupCream for topping
  5. 2 packs (250 ml) cream
  6. 3cupsMango puree
  7. 1 cup (mango puree+condense milk
  8. Blend then chill in the fridge. 30 minutes.)mango puree is ready

Cooking Instructions

    1. Blend cream and condensed milk then chill it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or longer. (It’s chilled so the crackers won’t float while layering later on).

    2. Slice ripe mangoes into thin wedges then set aside.

    3. In your preferred container, make a layer of Marie biscuit at the bottom. Pour and spread a layer of the chilled mango puree on top of the biscuits then lay mango pieces on top of the mango puree then pour and spread a layer of chilled cream

    7. Serve chilled and enjoy your Mango Float!

    4. Repeat the layering process. Make 2 to 3 layers depending the size or shape of your container.
