#WOKCOOKING Pasta is my favourite thing to experiment with! Toss it with fresh greens in a salad, slow cook it in a hearty stew, or stir-fry in a simple yet delicious sauce for a quick albeit flavorful dinner. Sausages are one of my top favourite things for breakfast, and since my mother doesn't like them, I added spicy tikka chunks for her (have to keep the matriarch happy!). Time has become a theoretical concept in this lockdown; and thus merging breakfast into dinner doesn't seem such a baad idea with this recipe.Happy Cooking, Happy Sharing!

This can be said a kids as well as elders’ favourite quick cheesy pasta. As my niece doesn’t eat spicy food so she mostly prefers white sauce pasta. The trickiest part is to cook the beef perfectly, not too much so that it becomes rubber-like, and not too raw either.
