- 12 oz fresh Chinese round egg noodles
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 1/3 tbsp Shao Hsing Rice Wine
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt Devided
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 tbsp peanut oil divided

- My mother made this often because it was so easy to make and it only took 30 min to cook. Great for week day dinner. Every one loves this recipe even my finicky grandson. Enjoy
