- saveloys or sausages (I use 4 and split one between my dogs 🐶 😆) • Enough pasta or rice for 1 person • As much cheese as you like (I use a mixture of cheddar mozzarella and anything else I have in fridge) • Enough water to cook the pasta and saveloys I (cook them together in one pan) I use microwave rice but if you’re using uncooked rice you could add the saveloys still • Salt and pepper to taste • a small bag of cooked frozen shrimp defrosted • You can add spices or herbs to your liking or hot sauce • small tin of chopped tomatoes (I don’t always add this)

- mince I use beef but you could use pork, lamb, or even chicken or a mixture • Enough potatoes to feed two people. I use a small tin of new potatoes but you could use bigger ones and cut them in half. If fresh potatoes check they’re cooked with a fork and cook longer if needed • frozen mixed veg. I use carrot broccoli and cauliflower. I sometimes add green beans mushrooms and peppers too, but my mum only ever added carrots and swede • a box of dried onion, fresh can be used too. I always forget about fresh onions so I keep dried in the cupboard • water or more if needed or if you prefer a runnier gravy • beef stock cubes or 1 each of beef and vegetable + enough beef gravy granules to thicken gravy to your liking ( you can use flour or other sauce/ gravy thickener. I like to use granules for flavour • Salt and pepper to taste • mixture of herbs of your choice

- medium or 6 small chicken thighs. Mine were on the bone with skin on but you could use boned and skinless • Tinned potatoes • celery chopped • chicken stock cubes and 1 vegetable cube • mixed peppers frozen • couple of handfuls of frozen mixed vegetables • whole chestnut mushrooms • Chicken seasoning to taste • Onion granules to taste • Salt and pepper to taste • Enough water to cover • small bottle of white wine •

- large or 5 medium eggs beaten • milk (I use semi skimmed cows but you can use any milk you like • your favourite cheese • chopped ham • Salt and pepper to taste • very thick white bread toasted in a toaster or under a grill • You could add mushrooms beans or tomatoes • Butter for the toast • Oil or cooking spray /butter for cooking the mushrooms
