Ingredients

20 mins
1 serving
  1. 3/4saveloys or sausages (I use 4 and split one between my dogs 🐶 😆)
  2. Enough pasta or rice for 1 person
  3. As much cheese as you like (I use a mixture of cheddar mozzarella and anything else I have in fridge)
  4. Enough water to cook the pasta and saveloys I (cook them together in one pan) I use microwave rice but if you’re using uncooked rice you could add the saveloys still
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Halfa small bag of cooked frozen shrimp defrosted
  7. You can add spices or herbs to your liking or hot sauce
  8. 1small tin of chopped tomatoes (I don’t always add this)

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

Place the saveloys and pasta/rice into a pan, cover with water and add a little salt. Bring the water to a boil tand then turn down to low and leave to simmer for 15 minutes

  2. 2

While they’re cooking grate or slice your cheese and place in a microwaveable bowl along with the shrimp. I include the juice from the defrosted shrimp.

  3. 3

Drain the saveloys and pasta/rice remove the saveloys to a cutting board and slice to your desired size. If I’m using sausages I cook them in my air fryer at 190c for 9-10 mins and slice them.

  4. 4

Add the saveloys/sausages and pasta/rice to the bowl that has the cheese and shrimp in, stir everything together to ensure its evenly mixed.

  5. 5

Put the bowl in the microwave for 2.30minutes, and stir again if the cheese has not melted enough put it in for 2 minutes more. I eat it from the bowl but you could put it on a plate.
