洋蔥,紅蘿蔔,馬鈴薯,蒜頭切件。

啟動電飯煲自己煮飯或煎炒功能,電飯煲加油,放入洋蔥,炒大約5分鐘至半透明。 加入小羊腿肉,再吵5分鐘。於小羊腿肉上面放入其他材料。

加入調味料,最後注入熱水,高度要蓋過小羊腿肉。 重新啟動電飯煲煮飯功能,煮飯功能完成後,打開電飯煲蓋,翻動一下材料,汁液要儘量蓋過小羊腿肉,放回煲蓋,再啟動煮飯功能。整個過程最少兩個小時,第二次煮飯功能完成後,不用開蓋,炆焗30分鐘,用筷子測試肉質是否夠軟,未夠軟可繼續在電飯煲內炆焗,按需要加入鹽及胡椒粉及黑醋

台灣滷肉飯固然是台灣一個好出名和流行的特色菜, 網上都有很多版本的食譜,但是要吃有層次的滷肉飯, 就必須看看我這個食譜 ,而作為一位營養師, 想提提各位,滷肉飯是以肉為主的菜式,相比起其他肉類,五花肉亦比較油膩, 脂肪含量較高, 所以偶然吃吃就好了,今次我亦會試試加入瘦肉入食譜:) 吃滷肉飯的時候,記得配上蔬菜, 蔬菜含有高纖維可以增加飽腹感, 可以減少我們吃的衝動, 哈哈 。咁先係最"有營"的食家 :D Braised pork on rice is one of my beloved rice dishes.Let us have a look how to make this :D I will suggest you to have 1 cups of cooked vegetables when you have this , Also braised pork is high in fat and calories (better to use lean meat), I am so sorry to tell you that it is a ''sometime''food even it is super yummy.
