雜菜+ 蘑菇飯 mushroom rice with cabbage

一直也很想推廣一些以蔬菜為主又簡單易煮的菜式。坊間亦都有好多蘑菇飯的食譜, 今次想加入更多蔬菜。普通的成年人每日需要攝取 4至5份的蔬菜,一份等於半杯煮熟的蔬菜或者一杯沙律菜。不要忘記每天吃足夠的蔬菜 :D
Vegetable is a important part of our diet as it provides us fibre and some minerals. For a healthy adult, we should have 4-5 serves of vergetables a day. One serve is equal to 1 cup of raw salad veggie or half cup of cooked veggie.

料理步驟

洗淨,切碎蘑菇切成小塊. Wash and chop the mushrooms into small pieces

燒熱油鑊,加入橄欖油 加入蘑菇塊, 炒香後盛起 Heat up the olive oil in the fry pan. Add the chopped mushrroms. Saute the mushroomstil completely cooked then set aside

燒熱油鑊,加入橄欖油 加入捲心菜, 炒香後盛起 Heat up the olive oil in the fry pan. Add the chopped cabbage. Saute the cabbage completely cooked then set aside

加入牛油, 加入麵粉 Heat up the butter then add the flour

加入雞肉或牛肉湯, 加入蘑菇和捲心菜. 慢火煮至濃稠. 撒上黑椒,糖和鹽 Add the beef or chicken broth and then stir with the cooked mushrooms and cabbage. Add in salt, sugar and pepper. Reduce heat and keep stiring

配白飯食用. 完。 ^~^ Serve it hot with rice. Done!!! Enjoy!!! :D
