預備食材

2人份
  1. 土司Toasts 3片
  2. 雞蛋Eggs 2 顆
  3. 牛奶Milk 200 ml
  4. 糖Sugar 60 g
  5. 無鹽奶油Unsalted butter 1tbs
  6. 肉桂粉Cinnamon 1tsp
  7. 香草精Vanilla extract 1tsp
  8. 巧克力豆Chocolate chips 20 g
  9. 牛奶Milk 1/2 tbs
  10. 蔓越莓Dried Cranberries 適量
  11. 草莓 Fresh Strawberries 適量
  12. 糖粉 Powdered sugar 少許

料理步驟

    全部食材準備好 prepare all the ingredients

  2. 2

    每一片土司切9小塊 cut toasts into 9 small pieces per slice

  3. 3

    方入烤盤 put toasts on a baking plate

  4. 4

    把蛋,牛奶,糖,溶化奶油,肉桂粉,香草精方入大碗盆 pour eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract into a large bowl

    攪拌均勻 whisk

  6. 6

    均勻的淋在土司上 pour on the toasts evenly

  7. 7

    烤180c/350f, 30-40分鐘 bake 180c/350f for 30-40 minutes

    巧克力豆和1/2tbs牛奶加熱溶化,淋在上面,在方蔓越莓,草莓,糖粉在上 melt chocolate chip with 1/2 tbs milk (use microwave or warm milk). Garnish with melted chocolate, dried cranberries, fresh strawberries, and powdered sugar
