Ingredients

10 mins plus 1hr minimum marinating
4 servings
  • 60 mlolive oil
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 3garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 1/2 tspCumin
  • 2 tspSmoked paprika
  • 1 tspGround cinnamon
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspground ginger
  • 1/2 tspCayenne pepper
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 kgchicken thigh fillets

Steps

10 mins plus 1hr minimum marinating
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and coat whatever chicken you wish to cook in the Marinade. Set aside in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cooking.
