This was posted by Dingo Food on Facebook. It's a garlic bread toasted sandwich. The recipe below has been modified a little from the one they posted. I suggest adding sauce to prevent it being too dry. You could also change the cheese to any kind you prefer (I used brie in place of mozzarella). You may want to prepare the bacon in the oven before starting by partially cooking it. I don't see why you couldn't add spices and peppers to taste or change/add meats. Be careful not to burn the garlic butter/paste. It can burn really quickly

Today, I prepared samosa with fried bread. Result was great. I have filled bread with chopped potatoes and herbs but you can choose your favorite ingredients such as ground meat, chicken, sausages or other vegetables.

I make this at least once a week or whenever we've eaten the bread slices and are left with the top and bottom crust slices. Quick, easy, delicious, zero food waste! The veggies can be easily dropped or swapped according to whatever you have lying in the fridge.

I don't like it just sliced and added to bread for a sandwich as its very greasy so grilling it rids it of some grease and tastes so much nicer. It went well with the Avocado grilled too a nice warming Breakfast for the October cold weather.

I made the Recipe up - have never had Cucumber on hot Cheese on Toasts before - did not cook the Cucumber slices
