Cooking Instructions

Make chapati dough by adding required quantity of water to the flours (wheat flour, Besan, rice flour and semolina) and let it rest for 30 minutes

Roll the chapters and bake on tawa, piece the chapati and grind coarsely using mixer.

Dry roast ground nuts, split channa, - Remove outer skin of ground nuts and grind both coarsely using mixer,with cardamom.

Add ghee to kadhai, add jaggery. Once jaggery melts add khus Khus, dry coconut, coarsely powdered chapati pieces and ground nuts. split chenna powder turn well on sim heat for two minutes. Turn off gas. Madli is ready to eat.
