My first attempt at a vegan ice cream!! I wanted to try pistacho ice cream because, after chocolate and coffee, it is my third favourite flavour. And I decided to make it with non-dairy ingredients, not because I am vegan, but because I figured the almond milk and oat cream would add to the nuttiness of the pistacho. I thought I would try sugar-free, but when I tasted the mix of milk, cream and pistacho paste, it definitely needed a sweet touch, so I added some agave syrup. Which meant I didn't have to heat up the custard in order to dissolve the sugar so less time-consuming. I also added one drop of almond essence and another couple of vanilla. If you like your desserts sweeter, you may want to add more agave syrup (or other sweetener).

Years ago this drink was popular. As a kids i used to buy Lemonade called Cream Soda the colour was green. Today the colour is white i bought this bottle in Asda. So simpl pour it into a glass and leabe an 1/2 Inch from the top then add s scoop of creamy ice cream floating on the top. It really is lovely.#Drink#Desert

Have made it before,but with Creme Fraiche and Maple Syrup,I froze chopped bananas with their skins off and later blitzed these ingredients together for a possible Ice-cream in 2 hours after leaving it in a very cold Fridge.It's possible that just Creme Fraiche or Yoghurt with bananas could still make a nice Ice-cream,but the Second time around - I have sweetened the Ice-cream mix with Lyle's Golden Syrup.Did learn the method of making this Ice-cream through a recent Cookery Programme on TV.
