I have tried many many many recipes to get this right and this one is so simple and perfect everytime. Just try it and you will never buy bread ever again 🤣🤣💖💖

Ingredients

1 day
1 Large Loaf
  1. 300 GrWater
  2. 100 Grsourdough Starter (my Britney) - see my other recipe
  3. 450 GrBread Flour
  4. 10 GrSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Water and starter Together. Then Add flour and salt on Top. Mix Together to Make "Shaggy" Dough with no Dry spots then leave on Counter covered with towel for 30mins.

    Streach and Fold - North to South, West to east, South to North, East to West - if that makes sense (see pics) then cover and let rest 45 mins. Repeat for a totally of 3 times.

    Pre - Shape - Flour your counter top and turn out then tighten into a Tight ball using a scraper from under side. (See photo) - leave on Counter covered 30 mins.

    Flip over so Seem side up and push down into a rough regtangle shape. fold 1/3 over and then fold 1/3 ontop (see photo) turn and repeat then turn seem side down and pull over ends to make nice tight Loaf Shape. Floor a basket and place inside for 1 hour. Then cover and Place into fridge overnight for 8 to 15 hours.

    REmove from Fridge and Using a piece of parchment paper turn out the bread. Heat Over to 220C for 30 mins with a Covered Pan on Middle Shelf and baking sheet on lower shelf.

    Carefully remove Lid and put in Loaf, Recover and cook for 30 mins. This holds in the steam. Then Remove lid and cook for another 15 mins until golden brown.

    Remove loaf and allow to cool on a rack for at least one hour. Slice and enjoy :) I love with just butter or cheese or sandwich or or or or :P
