Cheese Salad with Chicken and Asparagus Cheese Salad with Chicken and Asparagus
My parents-in-law sent us fresh-picked asparagus. We used to eat them boiled with cheese and mayonnaise sauce but I made it into a filling salad with chicken this time.Since we deep-fry the chicken and coat it with a rich cheese sauce, I recommend chicken breast. Drain the oil well after you deep-fry the chicken and asparagus. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

A Hint of Chinese Five Spiced Chicken Ham with Soy Sauce Malt A Hint of Chinese Five Spiced Chicken Ham with Soy Sauce Malt
I wanted to make chicken ham using the ingredients I had at home.I used Chinese five spice powder because i don't use it often... and it was great.TryWakame Seaweed Salad with this chicken ham.The key is to leave the chicken in the cooking liquid overnight after cooking Spend 2 whole days to make this. When you marinade the chicken, rub it in the bag with your hands. When you finish cooking the chicken ham, check the seasoning. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt if it is necessary to sharpen the flavour.Honey adds a surprisingly great flavour to this ham. Asparagus topped with Garlic, Bacon and Blue Cheese Asparagus topped with Garlic, Bacon and Blue Cheese
I absolutely love this recipe. I went to Sam's Club and purchased Blue cheese for another recipe, realized I had too much blue cheese on-hand and too little time to use it all up before it went bad. Next night, preparing some asparagus and thought, "what if I sauteed some garlic, crisp some bacon, throw that on some asparagus and top with blue cheese?" Let's just say the blue cheese did not go to waste for the first time ever. This is also excellent the next day as all the flavors have set in! Brandy T.
