Turkey Biscuit Skillet

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey and cook until done. Set aside. Add 1 tbsp butter, melt. Cook onion until done.

In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, broth, 1/4 cup milk and 1/8 tsp pepper until smooth; stir into pan.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Salt mixture.

Add the turkey and mixed vegetables, heat through.

Arrange biscuits over stew. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
