Spaghetti with tuna, green olives and cherry tomatoes

This is not an Italian story, but the most tender tuna with olives, tomatoes and greens fits perfectly into this dish. It is prepared quickly, just boil the spaghetti in advance. Use any salad leaves to your taste.

Cooking Instructions

Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.

Cut the tuna fillet into cubes approximately 1cm x 1cm. Cut the shallots into half rings and the green olives into halves.

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion. After a few seconds, add the garlic, chopped with a knife. Everything is very quick, less than a minute. Stir and add the tuna.

Tuna cooks very quickly, you just need to turn it over a couple of times and immediately add olives and tomatoes. Salt and season with spices. I like the fresh aroma of fennel and mint in this dish. But you can use any spices for fish.

Squeeze the juice from a small lemon. Mix carefully, add spaghetti. Warm up a little under the lid. The whole process should not take longer than three minutes.

When serving, add chopped leaves of any greens you like.
