Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 10 eachchicken thighs
  2. 1 tbsplawrys garlic salt with parsley
  3. 1 tbspcrushed basil
  4. 1 tbspcrushed oregano
  5. 1 cupwhite cooking wine
  6. 1 tbsplawrys all season salt
  7. 3 tsppaprika
  8. 1 cupgrape tomatoes
  9. 1 cupsliced red onions
  10. 1 tbspshallots
  11. 1 tbspminced garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°

    Remove some fat off chicken

  3. 3

    Soak chicken with vinegar and lemon juice for 5 min then wash off with water, pat dry, and set aside

    Add all ingredients except minced garlic, wine, shallots, and tomatoes

  5. 5

    Add chicken to mixed ingredients and marinate overnight

  6. 6

    Spray big pan with cooking spray, add 2 tablespoons of oil under medium heat

  7. 7

    When oil is hot, add minced garlic and shallots

  8. 8

    Add chicken thighs and sear on both sides. 5-8 minutes total

    Once both sides are brown and seared, add 4 tablespoons of butter then the cooking wine. About 1/3 to 1/2 cup VERY SLOWLY. Let cook about 3 minutes.

    Cook the marinade in a pan/pot while taking care of the chicken

    Add chicken in a roasting pan with the sauce and marinade and cover with foil tightly. Poke holes in the foil and place in oven for 30 minutes

    Remove foil and let it cook until nice, succulent, and gold. Afterwards, turn each chicken thigh and add the grape/cherry tomatoes. Let cook for maybe 25 minutes or until it's so juicy and look so good, you say ooooooooooo
