Can I use boneless skinless chicken thigh meat? I like the dark meat flavor better than the white meat. I think with this recipe it would be amazing! 🤗

Got caught up with work so couldn’t do it however got about 3 lbs of chicken filet from a neighbor nursing her husband at home on hospice so me thinks while I’m off for a week I’m doing this recipe with that meat. 🤗
