Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 tbspyoghurt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 1 tsptomato paste
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2turmeric
  • 1/2paprika
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Skewers
  • stickWooden
  • 500 gchicken cubes
  • 1red onion 🧅
  • 1bell pepper red or green
  • 1big tomato 🍅

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix altogether the ingredients for marinade. Add the chicken mix it until coated. Cover and keep it refrigerated an hour or much better overnight so the taste will be so good 😊

  2. 2

    Thread the chicken,onion’ peppers and tomato on the skewers.

  3. 3

    Grill the skewers into medium heat from all sides until it’s done. No longer pink

Can I use boneless skinless chicken thigh meat? I like the dark meat flavor better than the white meat. I think with this recipe it would be amazing! 🤗
