In the recipe for the ground spices I just use1. Shallots
2. Garlic
3. Chillie ( optional )
4. Salt and pepperSecond option for the ground spices:1. Garlic
2. Candlenuts
3. Chillie
4. Shrimp paste ( fish oil )
4. Salt and pepperAdditional ingredients:Sweet Soy sauce
Salty soy sauce

Ham or bacon
