some people seem to be extremely confused. This is to help you get to sleep, not to power through the morning. The nutrition facts says that the serving size for 1342 calories is 667ml. A teaspoon of honey and a cup of milk is only 245ml give or a take a couple ml's. Obviously they don't translate properly. A full cup of whole milk is almost 150 calories. A teaspoon of honey is around 21 calories. I'm not sure about the other ingredients but I don't think they make up over 1,000 calories.

Lovely nighttime treat :-) and why are people saying this has outrageous calories? I used skim milk which is 80 calories per cup. I only used about one teaspoon of honey which is about 26. Neither vanilla nor cinnamon has calories...

I made this last night and also added nutmeg along with the cinnamon. Next time I will stick to the recipe as the nutmeg caught in my throat! I still enjoyed this though. I slept well!

I liked this I used almond milk instead since I don't drink milk since it has so many hormones, pus, and cancer causing chemicals, and actually is bad for your bones. scary I plan on trying it with coconut milk as well

Yummy! And people, PLEASE calm down about the calorie count. It is wrong. A cup of whole milk is only 150 calories, and a teaspoon of honey is less than 50. :ohyeaah

Made this for the boyfriend and he loved it so much, he actually wanted me to teach him how to make it so he could do it himself. That good! I didn't have honey so I did a simple syrup with sugar and water and it still turned out delicious.

I make this all the time!!!! Love it! I use a piece of dried Vanilla bean instead of extract. You can soak them and then set them out to dry for future use so cutting a small piece for your hot drinks is a definite enhancement to any relaxing moment
