I made this yesterday and flipped it over today. I have made many recipes off of this site and had no issues. This didn't turn out the way I wanted it to at all. The consistency and the flavor was not impressive to me or the people I made it for. It's a recipe I will not bother to make again.

I made this for a family dinner and everyone went for seconds. I liked it but I would add more milk to flan. also I added vanallin to the flan.

In my country we call it "Odret Aader" .. very good recipe but it needs sugar to the pudding mixture :)

Can u tell me how come when I mix the eggs and the milks together mine is still really watery and urs looks more like a pudding? Am I doing something wrong?
