Fantastic recipe! I tried a similar way but this version is better. The bacon comes out evenly cooked and more flavorful.

i put mine on a broiler pan. the most of the grease goes though the slits

I normally use a metal baking pan instead of a cookie sheet to help contain the grease. Great way to make bacon.

put foil down on cookie sheet makes for an easier clean up :-)

Crumple aluminum foil first then put it on the baking sheet . It catches the grease so you don't have to drain it. You don't have to flip the bacon this way. One step easier.

This is exactly how I do it. I also put the foil down first. In fact I made it today for BLT sandwiches. :-)

It truly was easy peasy!! This will be the way I prepare bacon in the future! Was able to make more bacon at one time, and have the added bonus of less mess ~(o.o)~
