@cook_29989047 hello thanks for your encouragement.in fact I have been wanting to ask about something basic and I am sure you'll help me out. When you add curd to say a chicken curry how do you make sure it doesn't curdle. And stays creamy without any lumps. Thank you dear x

@Anniecooks11 to get lumps free curry always merinate the chicken in yougrt with spices then cook instead of adding it in between the cooking .
