@Bina_Samir A basic Laddu made from gram flour, ghee, and sugar can last up to 10 days if stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Laddu made from coconut or jaggery have a shorter shelf life, usually lasting a few days. To prolong their shelf life, you need to store them in the fridge.The shelf life of plain milk Ladoo is 3 days at room temperature. it can be extended to 14 days at 8° C when packed in parchment paper. Channa can be stored for 2 days at room temperature, 10-12 days at 4° C. Burfi, peda and kalakand (20-30%) have a shelf life of 30 days at refrigeration.
