Just over a pound Leslie. 1lb 1½ or 500 grams of All Purpose (AP) or plain flour.

Also about 3 1/2 cups, but it's usually better to weigh flour. But, once you know the texture you're looking for, you can learn to adjust the water. Let me know how it works for you.
