This does look good. I am so excited to try it! I have never kept cornmeal in my pantry, as a staple. How odd is that? It just never comes up in my recipes, I guess. I have to get some cornmeal and then I can try this.

Awesome. This recipe was famous here in the southern part of the United States. It's kinda fell to the wayside. By the way you can use regular milk and just water instead of broth. You also can add corn and other spices and herbs. I hope you enjoy!!!
