@yrduus also almond flour gotta be de-skined? I use and prefer whole almond flour, what do you think?

Hello! You could try it with less sugar, it would be an interesting experiment to see if the structure and taste holds up! I’ve never seen a difference in the almond flour I buy here, so I think it should be okay to try whole almond flour?Worth experimenting with both things - let me know how it goes and good luck! ✨
