Yes you should definitely try it when you can. It’s become a favorite especially when I grind it and mix it with beef chicken and it makes an awesome meatloaf mmmm 😋

Really lean and healthy and tastes fab. I use a Caribbean recipe with scotch bonnet and cook it long and slow.

That sounds about the way I love it too The meat just falls apart. I don’t know about where you live but here every single part is eaten. My favorite part is on the male and omg it’s so good lol 🤭

I live in a fairly new city (58 years old) called Milton Keynes 50 miles north of London in the centre of England so the only place we see goat is on a petting farm for children or can find it in the Asian/African butchers. Not popular here sadly so not found in the supermarkets. I think the cuts are shoulder and leg but not sure.
