That tuna is something I miss terribly. I’m going back to the states in June for our daughter’s graduation and there’s a pub there where I will definitely be going for their amazing tuna and pear salad ! Thank you for reminding me ❤️

Unfortunately not and it breaks my heart lol there’s so many things I can’t get here that I used to get in the U.S but I guess it’s to be expected here in Nigeria. On the plus side of it, everything is fresh and incredibly nutritious. Here’s something incredible to share with you. I have this recipe for coffee on here… now I’ve gotten my share of malaria of course and since I’ve been drinking this coffee that I make from these specific ingredients , my husband and I have not gotten malaria since we’ve been drinking it now for 2 years! I love natural foods Laura

Date seed coffee hmmm very interesting indeed. I’ve also added my avocado seeds to me coffee concoction when I have them. Which are incredibly nutritious
