Wow Laura your dish looks divine! I’m finally back home 🤭 unfortunately every time I tried to go to that restaurant with the tuna salad with pears, they were so crowded we couldn’t even park 😳 but I’m going to google the restaurant. It’s called Union Grille in Washington pa US maybe we can view the salad. Tell me plz sweetheart how have you been? I’ve thought about you on my visit with my parents ❤️

Thanks. It’s honestly one of those dishes say nah how could the Italians do such a thing but it’s actually very easy to make and tasty!
How was your trip? Did you have a fab time? What did you get up to?I had a look at the restaurant menu and can’t see it on there but their menu seems to change frequently. Perhaps it was a special? Food does look really good.It’s been incredibly hot here, hottest for 190 years! Unbearable to sleep etc. but today, finally, it has cooled to a lovely 20°C. Brits complaining about the heat is unheard of!
