You look to look in markets. I used to get mine from a fish monger in the local market near London. It's crazy that the UK is surrounded by water yet fish is hard to find!

I often go to sat market in my town they have fish monger selling fresh seafood but it’s sooo expensive. I will have a look again this weekend ☺️
