Soak Arvi in water and salt for 10 min. Light brown the sliced onion and put ginger garlic salt and black pepper paste.

Then put tomatoes and spices mix well and cook.

Cook until the tomatoes gone soft. Add arvi in this masala cook it 2 min and add water as required boil it and cook until the consistency that as want. Sprinkle methi and lemon juice.
