Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesHilsa fish
  2. 1 small bowlSorshe posto bata(mustard and poppy paste)
  3. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 4 spoonsMustard oil
  5. as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish pieces and set them aside. Now prepare the paste by mixing sorshe posto bata and turmeric powder and salt. Put fish pieces in it. Drizzle mustard oil over it

    Now put it inside the kadhai half filled with water and let it steam for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Take it out and serve it hot with rice
